*a $50 deposit is required to secure a session time and date and can be made by cash, check, credit card, Venmo or PayPal. the deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to another session if changes are made at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled session.
tina jackson photography respects client's privacy and will never distribute any images without permission. however, by agreeing to pay a session fee, clients understand that they are authorizing tina jackson photography, (tjp) to publish photographs taken, for use on the tjp website and social media sites only, hereby releasing and holding harmless tjp from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with selected images specified above. clients further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that they will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs. clients can cancel this voluntary permission at any time.
